Job Detail
  • Perform electrical work necessary for residential solar installations, including wiring, conduit runs, panel upgrades, breaker installations, and system commissioning.
  • Conduct site assessments, troubleshoot system issues, perform diagnostics, and complete repairs.
  • Ensure full compliance with NEC, local jurisdiction codes, and utility requirements.
  • Work closely with installation crews to oversee safe and correct electrical work on job sites.
  • Complete all required documentation, inspection prep, and install photos.
  • Interact professionally with customers and inspectors to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain, organize, and care for the provided company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
  • Drive directly from home to job sites (no reporting to an office unless scheduled).
  • Participate in ongoing training and company meetings as required.
  • Qualifications
  • Current Utah Journeyman Electrician License (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience. solar experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in wiring methods, service upgrades, breakers, meters, disconnects, and load calculations.
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
  • Valid Utah driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops as needed.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
