- Uniforms This is a full-time position with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Technicians will dispatch directly from their home to the job site each day, eliminating the need to check in at a central location before starting the workday.
- THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE’RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Experience in a customer-facing service role and familiarity with ServiceTitan software (or similar) are a plus!
- YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING TECHNICIAN
- As a Residential Plumbing Technician, your day will begin from the comfort of your own home as you head directly to your assigned job site. Once on site, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, always adhering to plumbing codes and company standards. Your job won’t just be about fixing pipes-it will be about delivering a high-quality customer experience. You’ll communicate clearly with homeowners, explain their options using visual aids, and guide them through our structured, transparent pricing system. Each visit will be an opportunity to build trust and offer real solutions-not through pressure, but through education and value. You will document your work, keep both the customer and office informed, and use our field software to maintain accurate records
