$17 – $27 an hour

Work Experience is required

Diploma in releted field is required

• Pay: Hourly salaried positions, paid bi-weekly, with bonuses overtime opportunities.

• ABOUT THIS APPRENTICESHIP
• Here’s a brief overview of what this entry-level position entails: Following directions from more experienced plumbers to accurately install, repair, and diagnose system issues
• Installing pipes, valves, fixtures, water heaters, etc.
• Digging trenches, measuring and cutting pipes, and maintaining a clean job site
• Preparing work areas, organizing tools, and carrying tools to and from jobs
• Using ServiceTitan to track hours worked, view job details, upload project documents, etc.
• Participating in daily meetings, trainings, and safety sessions
• Following all codes, regulations, and safety protocols Is this the right entry-level apprenticeship for you? Here’s what you need to become an Apprentice Plumber: Current enrollment or eligibility to be enrolled in a Massachusetts plumbing apprenticeship program
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
• Ability to take initiative and follow instructions
• Ability to perform all required physical tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn more and adapt to constructive feedback
• Clean and professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation A high school diploma (or equivalent) would be preferred.
