• WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• As our Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll handle residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, while providing top-notch customer service every step of the way. From diagnosing tricky drainage issues to walking homeowners through solutions, your problem-solving skills and professionalism will shine. You’ll also keep your tools and vehicle ready for action and ensure safety and local code compliance across every job site in the Seaside and greater Monterey Bay area.
• WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE: 2+ years of experience as a plumber
• Ability to provide own basic tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule Preferred qualifications include: 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, experience with water heater installation and repair (tank and tankless), knowledge or certification in backflow prevention, familiarity with Seaside and Monterey County plumbing codes, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities.
