Job Brief
Journeyman plumber – mep rx llc (actlien property management division)about the role mep rx llc, an affiliate of actlien property management, is expanding its in-house property services division — starting with plumbing and later growing into electrical, hvac, and other trades.
Salary Detail
$31 – $34 an hour

Qualifications
Master Plumber and project managers to complete projects efficiently.
Job Detail
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with minimal supervision.
- Lead or assist apprentices on job sites, providing hands-on guidance and training.
- Ensure all work complies with New Jersey plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Master Plumber and project managers to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Represent MEP Rx professionally with clients and tenants.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Active New Jersey Journeyman Plumber license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and code compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience mentoring or training apprentices is a plus.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
