Salary Detail
$35 – $40 an hour

Job Detail
  • Perform plumbing rough-in and finish work per scope
  • Pull plumbing permits as required (company reimburses permit fees)
  • Coordinate scheduling with GC
  • Provide materials list if needed
  • Follow the Maine building and plumbing code
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Requirements:
  • Valid Maine plumbing license
  • Liability insurance
  • Own tools and transportation
  • Ability to provide lien releases per payment
  • Ability to work within draw-based timelines
  • Payment:
  • Paid by project/phase (Draw 2 and Draw 5)
  • 50/50 or progress-based payment schedule
  • Lien release required per payment
  • Job Types: Contract, Temporary
  • Pay: $35 – $40 per hour
  • Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Construction plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
