Master)~ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing and general residential maintenance.
Job Detail
- Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations. Including but not limited to plumbing fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and shut off valves, etc.
- Handle general home maintenance tasks such as drywall patching, minor carpentry, painting, minor electrical.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and communicate clearly with clients and office staff.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold the Patriot Pro standard of quality and integrity.
- Document performed materials used through our digital work order system.
- Follow all safety code and compliance requirements for plumbing work.
- Requirements
- Valid/Active Utah Plumbing License. (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing and general residential maintenance.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Physical requirements – Ability to lift 50 lbs plus – stoop, kneel and crouch without limitation – and work in various environment. indoor, outdoor crawl spaces, etc.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
- Additional experience in sprinkler repairs Is desired.
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience and property management or rental maintenance.
- Familiarity with digital work order systems. (e.g, Property Meld, Appfolio, House Call Pro, Jobber.
- Basic electrical such as. Outlet switch replacement, fixture replacement.

- What You’ll Do
- Handle residential plumbing repairs, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform light carpentry, drywall, painting, and general home maintenance.
- Diagnose issues, communicate with customers and office staff, and document work in our operating systems.
- Maintain a clean, professional image that reflects the Patriot Pros brand.
- What We’re Looking For.
- Active Utah plumbing license, journeyman or master requirement. Active Utah plumbing license journeyman or master required.
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience.
- Experience with general maintenance and repair work.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
