Job Detail
- Handle escalated calls from Plumbers, Techs and Customers
- Manage daily service and repair work orders
- Oversee and direct on site projects per the scope of work
- Diagnosing plumbing problems for residential and commercial service customers
- Recommend potential solutions for customers that address their immediate need
- Identify any further potential issues and educate customers
- Navigate between jobs, supply houses and work sites
- Other tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years hands on plumbing experience both commercial and residential
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $90,000 – $115,000 per year
