Employment History is required

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of residential service plumbers
• Build and develop the plumbing division from startup phase to steady operations
• Oversee daily service schedules, quality control, and job flow
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting support
• Ensure all plumbing work meets state, local, and safety code requirements
• Help select tools, equipment, inventory, and service vehicle standards
• Collaborate with office staff on dispatching, estimates, customer communication, and job coordination
• Provide quotes, assist with customer conversations, and resolve service concerns
• Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing team members
• Implement processes and best practices to deliver consistent, high-quality service What We’re Looking For Active South Carolina Plumbing License (Required)
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and service repair techniques
• Experience with water heaters, repipes, fixture installs, drain clearing, leak detection, and general service work
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple jobs and technicians
