Work Experience is required

• HVAC diagnostics, repairs, tune-ups
• Furnace AC replacements (full install)
• Ductwork repairs installation
• Tanked tankless water heater installation/repair
• Common plumbing repairs (drains, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, supply lines, minor repipes)
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer education
• Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
• Perform full system installations (split systems, package units, condensers, furnaces)
• Complete ductwork modifications and replacements
• Perform seasonal system tune-ups maintenance
• Use proper refrigerant handling techniques and EPA-compliant practices
• Provide clear recommendations and communicate repair options to customers
• Plumbing
• Troubleshoot and perform common plumbing service calls
• Perform water heater installs (tank tankless)
• Repair leaks, clogged drains, fixtures, valves
• Inspect systems and provide best-practice recommendations

• Complete jobs with high-quality workmanship
• Maintain clean truck, tools, and job documentation
• Take required before after photos of every job
• Deliver 5-star customer service at all times
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
• Follow all safety, permitting, and code requirements
• Requirements
• 3+ years HVAC experience (service + installs preferred)
• EPA 608 Certification required
• 1+ year plumbing service experience strongly preferred
• Valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within our team culture
• Compensation
• $24 – $36 per hour
