Job Detail
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all designated areas
- Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and floor care techniques to ensure a professional appearance
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as window washing, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning environments
- Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting larger issues
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings
- Experience with floor care, buffing, and general facilities maintenance is advantageous
- Familiarity with residential painting or other maintenance skills can be beneficial but is not required
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and the use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure consistent quality in all tasks performed
- Pay: $17 – $20 per year
