Job Detail
- Experience implementing software code and managing all aspects of the software code delivery and servicing commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Ability to modify programs and make corrections to systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Capable of performing network troubleshooting, database troubleshooting and repair programming.
- Should be proficient with BACnet, Lon and Modbus with BAS integration experience.
- The ability to work independently, as well as on a project team.
- Set up and troubleshoot new site workstations and networks when necessary. Requirements: Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field desired.
- Degree may be offset by 5years of experience in servicing electronic and/ or mechanical systems. Three to 5years of increasingly responsible experience in servicing electronic control and HVAC equipment.
- Ability to act independently and to coordinate the work of others on a job site. Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
- PC experience required, as well as strong knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft office. Excellent Benefits include: Medical/dental/vision insurance
