Job Detail
  • System Oversight to Strategic projects:
  • Design and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
  • Maintenance Repairs: Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to Key projects, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of issues. Project Management: Lead facility-related construction, renovation, and upgrade projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Compliance Safety: Ensure all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations. Vendor Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery of specialized services. Space Planning Improvements: Evaluate and implement facility layout changes to support evolving business needs and improve operational workflows. Energy Management: Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact and operating costs. Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field). PE license preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in facility engineering or building systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
  • Proven experience managing capital projects and vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
