- Maintain exterior and interior building brand guidelines
- Maintain storage shed, garbage enclosure brand guidelines
- Maintain monthly/quarterly equipment preventative maintenance
- Maintain scheduling cleaning of exhaust units
- Perform monthly interior and exterior building walks to identify and address repairs
- Manage American Flag Federal and State mandates and replacing when torn
- Prior experience in equipment maintenance, appliance repair, handyman work is highly desirable.
