- “`Duties“`- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential vacation rental properties- Fabricate and install various fixtures, furniture, and equipment when needed- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors when necessary- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- “`Requirements“`- Must have reliable transportation and own tools- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests- Proven experience in handyman or facility fixes- Solid mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems- Proficiency in English preferred- Must be flexible and reliable when needed for on call fixes- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Must clean up their own work neatly- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Must be willing to pass simple background check- Weekday availability preferred- Must reside within 20 minutes of zip code 33301
- Pay: $150 – $200 per week
