Job Brief
Overview sand & surf vacation is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented vacation rental inspector to conduct post-cleaning inspections for our vacation rental properties in maui.

Job Detail
- Conduct detailed inspections after each guest checkout and cleaning.
- Identify and report any cleanliness issues, damage, or missing items.
- Communicate clearly with our management and cleaning team when corrections are needed.
- Confirm that the unit is staged according to our company standards.
- Ensure supplies and amenities are properly stocked.
- Submit a video walk-through of the unit for every inspection (required for payment)
- Requirements
- Must be able to submit a full video walk-through of each inspection — mandatory for payment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues others may miss.
- Reliable communication skills and responsiveness.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in vacation rentals, property inspections, or hospitality is a plus.
- Pay: $30 per day
