  • Demonstrated experience and ability to consecutively manage multiple projects including deadlines and schedules.
  • Experience in managing others and extremely self-motivated.
  • Guide installation process and ensure standards are met for quality and safety.
  • Ability to represent the company to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Ability to interface and communicate with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with the customer or general contractor to ensure work is performed as expected.
  • Communicate schedule ability, material needs, or any job-related issues with the Project Management team.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Complies with all company safety policies.
  • Maintain customer/contractor satisfaction for continual company growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience in commercial or industrial fiber installation.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and parts manuals to diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Experience with Fluke tester.
  • Must adhere to OSHA Safety Standards
  • Must be available to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules with some overtime and overnight travel.
  • Occasional weekend and holidays required (pay premiums apply)
  • Frequently required to walk, sit, and use hands to pull cables and wires, use power tools, work in awkward positions, and climb ladders.
  • Must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 75lbs.
  • Must possess basic hand tools (Specialty tools provided)
  • Must successfully pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and a drug screen. Perks: Performance evaluation at 90 days
  • Company Paid OSHA 10 and 30 classes.
  • Company Paid TWIC (Port Workers Only) and Passports (International Workers)
  • Company Paid MEWP/Fall Prevention Certifications
