• POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for performance of preventive maintenance activities on assigned medical equipment, reverse/osmosis water systems, dialysate delivery systems, inventory controls and quality controls. Performs and completes assigned duties and reporting in a timely, efficient, and competent manner. Complies with University Health and department policies and regulations for proper use and care of equipment and supplies. Maintains good public and personnel working relations.
• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Course of study in repair and maintenance of dialysis equipment or RO water treatment is required.
• National Certification through BONENT or NANT preferred.
• Two years of experience in preventive maintenance activities, maintenance and repair of dialysis machines, and water treatment equipment are required.
