Job Detail
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair radio issues down to component level
- Programming of radios and prepare loaner radios to send out
- Prepare radios to be sent to factory for repair
- Ability to solder surface mount micro components
- Understanding of schematics
- Working knowledge of state-of-the-art test equipment
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, oral, writ10and listening skills
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and customers
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
