1ST SHIFT POSITION!!!! 6 AM TO 3:30 PM
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

- The duties and responsibilities regularly performed for this position are:
• Program, set up and operate CNC machines under the direction of supervisors
• Load and perform simple edits of program if required
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure specifications are met
• Blending of surfaces and applying or removing excess material with hand tools or machinery
• Set-up and use of various machines, fixtures and tools
• Part modification to specifications
• Must follow production specifications in regard to assembly of new manufactured parts
• Maintain department safety and housekeeping standards
• Ensure compliance with Quality Control Manual (QCM)
• Must be aware of ISO – Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
The marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:
• Use of Computerized tracking systems
Describe and explain the lifting and carrying requirements (i- e
- , the distance material is carried, how high the material is lifted, etc
- ): Carry components (up to 10 lbs) for a distance up to 100 yards at waist level
- Employees are not permitted to lift or push objects that are over 35 pounds
- Assistance must be requested for lifting objects over 35 pounds

2ND SHIFT POSITION! 3 PM TO 11:30 PM!
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
The specific EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE requirements of this position are:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Passing grade on job related test
The specific LICENSES and/or CERTIFICATIONS required for this position are:

The specific SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE required for this position are:
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to use hand held measuring tools
• Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team
• Basic math skills required
Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English- Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English
