Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent - Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
- Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
- Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
- Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues
Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned
Responsibilities
Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and trouble shooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment- Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors
- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines
- Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
- Depending on location, employee be required to operate equipment and be required to be equipment certified
- Special projects and other responsibilities as be determined
