         We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team
  • In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities
  • Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety

  • What You’re Great At

         Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures
  • Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks
  • Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects
  • Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping
  • Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

    Here’s What You Have Already Achieved

         High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
  • Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus
  • Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them
  • Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues ~
