Job Detail
- Uses knowledge and experience to resolve complex operating problems (some examples below) in a timely manner; reports other problems to Supervisor
- Typical items include repairing various electrical, vacuum, mechanical, and pneumatic systems; performing mechanical calibrations and alignments; assembling and testing motor-control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, solenoids, and other machinery related equipment
- Perform general and preventative maintenance of multiple production systems in and around the facility
- Performs mechanical calibrations and alignments during preventative maintenance on equipment
- Applies related knowledge to test and/or modify operational machinery and control equipment
- Accurately completes daily maintenance reports
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment and conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste
- Follows safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to Supervisor

Education & Experience
Typical education required associate degree, Military, or Civilian Equivalent in Industrial Maintenance Technology
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
One to three years related experience- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible and able to quickly shift priorities as needed
- Able to work from verbal and written instructions
