Overview: The A&P Technician is responsible for performing high-quality maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircraft to ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, company standards, and safety procedures- The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in airframe and powerplant systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment
Key Responsibilities:
1- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframe and powerplant systems
2- Inspect aircraft, components, and systems to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance
3- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using approved manuals and tools
4- Complete repairs, modifications, component replacements, and system adjustments as required
5- Ensure proper use of tooling, equipment, and safety practices during all maintenance activities
6- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Required Qualifications:
1- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
2- Minimum 2–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred
3- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures
4- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical data
5- Proficiency with aircraft troubleshooting and repair tools
