Job Detail
- Oversee and manage operational activities across multiple projects in the region
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and growth
- Foster relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Mentor and guide project teams in best practices for land development and civil engineering processes
- Ensure compliance with ADA regulations and other relevant standards in project designs
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outcomes
- Prepare and present proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, billing, and resource allocation effectively
Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license required- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience in land development and civil engineering operations
- 5 years of Project Management and Leadership experience
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record in the private sector
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to handle proposals and presentations
- Strong mentoring capabilities to guide junior engineers and teams
- Prior experience with operational management
