- Required: Minimum five (5) years of plant maintenance experience
- Preferred: Ten (10) years of plant maintenance experience
Education
Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent- Steam license and/or certificate of training from any recognized college or trade school
Training
Required: Trade school or on the job training with recognized service organization
Specialized Skills
Required: Ability to work in a busy patient and public environment- Ability to communicate effectively in English – both verbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times according to current HIPAA laws
- Ability to work day, evening, night and weekend shifts as assigned
- Ability to work on own with only minimal supervision
- Preferred: Certification in one or more of the following: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Boiler and Central Plant Operations
- EPA Certification
Licensure
