one of the worlds leading food & beverage manufacturing corporations has created a new role for a energy & decarbonization engineer to join their team. this is a brand new role that has been created out of growth and comes with the chance to build a team in the future.. the aim of this role is to help the business meet their decarbonization plans, this will be done on a manufacturing plant level by optimizing energy consumptions of core utilities like cooling towers, compressors and ammonia refrigeration. . this role would suit a engineer from a engineering consultancy looking for a more long term project or someone working for a manufacturing business in a similar role. . key responsibilities

Job Detail
- Carry out energy assessments and audits
- Build action plans for improving energy performance
- Define Energy Performance KPI’s at plant and corporate level
- Provide support on the Group’s decarbonization plan
- Carry out regulatory and technical monitoring
- Follow CAPEX and energy saving plans
About you Degree educated in Energy, Thermodynamics, Thermal or Chemical engineering - Experience in achieving decarbonization plans
- Knowledge of utilities equipment such as Ammonia Refrigeration, Air Compression, Steam (Cleaning / Sterilization), HVAC & Wastewater
