About the job
Summary Deliver CAD print-ready STLs for a two-part micro-pilot (both parts, $250 total) that must yield working prints when assembled
- After a successful pilot, we’ll scope a larger paid Phase 2 for builder-ready prototypes
Micro-pilot deliverables (both required) 1- EagleRay: 40 mm EDF nacelle (inlet/nozzle), print-ready splits, inserts, serviceability; cooling path noted
2- Windler: 608 hub one blade lamp-head shell, print-ready; balance/fit features noted
File package • Native parametric CAD (Fusion 360 or SolidWorks with feature history) • STEP, STL (manifold), 2D PDF (mm), versioned filenames • No STL-only submissions
Originality & review • Live feature-tree review (15–20 min) parametric tweak (change a key dimension live; rebuild succeeds) • Brief provenance note with CAD/STEP handoff
Acceptance = “works” • Nacelle meets duct/area intent; prints cleanly (PETG, walls ≥1- 2 mm, sane joins/tabs) and supports expected 40 mm-on-3S thrust class
• Windler hub fits 608 tolerances; blade free-spins in light airflow; lamp head fits 2× 5 mm LED
Terms • $250 total, 1–2 weeks, 1 revision • NDA IP (work-for-hire); I print/test locally • Payment via escrow; milestones tied to originality proof & acceptance
How to apply (LinkedIn only) DM 2–3 portfolio links, toolchain, printers, write “$250 bundle OK”, lead time, time zone, and NDA/IP confirmation
Deadline: Wed, Nov 12,
