- Has a previous track record of conducting tests – with the ability to summarize data
- Basic machine shop experience and use of hand tools (Dremel tools, hand drills, files, metal sheer, basic soldering skills etc

- Experience with Terminal and a Unix command line environment
- Elementary coding/scripting experience (Unix Shell or Python), and software troubleshooting and debugging skills, and Labview Experience is a plus but nice to have
Responsibilities: Setup, deployment, and maintenance of test devices and fixtures for use in testing in different controlled environments from 10C to 55C - Building models, disassembling, modifying and reassembling systems
- Working with cross-functional teams to run software-hardware test plans and procedures
- Creating test reports and summaries
- Development and implementation of thermal test methods based on feedback from the design team
- Thermal lab management including: organization of lab space and equipment
- Handling of prototype hardware; adherence to protocols regarding handling of sensitive units ~
