  • About the job

    We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to support one of our clients

  • This position requires someone with a solid engineering background who can confidently communicate with customers, translate technical information, and support the overall sales strategy
  • In this role, you will act as a bridge between the client’s engineering teams and their customers, ensuring solutions are clearly presented, well-supported, and successfully adopted
  • You will work across multiple teams and customer groups to strengthen relationships, guide technical discussions, and help advance ongoing business initiatives

  • Key Responsibilities: • Grow revenue by engaging with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to meet established sales goals
  • • Develop and nurture strong relationships with customer stakeholders in engineering, sourcing, procurement, and related functions
  • • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to drive smooth account management and timely customer support
  • • Lead technical elements of the sales process—such as presentations, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews—focused on connectivity and interconnect solutions
  • • Address customer issues, identify root causes, and uncover opportunities for product or process enhancements
  • • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, track industry trends, and monitor competitive activities to articulate clear value propositions
  • • Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue planning to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with business goals
  • • Collaborate with global teams; Mandarin professional working proficiency is required
  • • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
  • Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • • Previous customer-facing experience—ideally in a technical, engineering, or sales capacity
  • • Understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), or ODM environments is preferred
  • Salary Range: $80,000
