    Position Summary

    Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and/or related equipment
  • Providing quality repairs on agriculture equipment in the shop environment


  • Responsibilities

    Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving:

    Engines
  • Transmissions
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Structural components, including welding
  • Follow established OEM procedures and guidelines for all repairs and service tasks
  • Complete accurate documentation and service reports using basic computer systems
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety protocols
  • Apply safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
  • Perform additional functions or duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives

    Qualifications

    Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with OEM service procedures and shop safety standards
  • Proficient with basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
