    Roofing Inspector
    Location: Burbank, CA (In-Person
    Pay: $45,000 – $70,000 per y     e r
    We’re looking for a Roofing Inspector with hands-on experience in roofing or construction to join our team

  • This is a full-time position with opportunities to work on a variety of commercial roofing and waterproofing proj ets

  •
    What Yo u’l Do
    • Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and propose     soluions

  • • Read blueprints and flashing details, document deficiencies with photos a nd sktches

  • • Report on roof and flashing system conditions and recommend maintena nce orrepair

  • • Assist with estimate s and poposals

  • • Maintain daily work logs and support the placement of perman ent rooffixtures

  • • Perform routine roof maintenance and relted tasks

    What We’r Looking For
    • Minimum 1 year of roofing or construc tion experiece (required)
    • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, defects,     and Californi Building Code
    • Ability to accuratel y document andreport findings
    • Clean driving r     ecord and validDriver’s License
    • Comfortable with outdoor wo rk and an 8-hou weekday schedule
