Familiarity with operating and maintaining floor care and project-related equipment.
- Uses proper equipment, including: commercial vacuums, auto scrub machines, cord burnishes, buffers, upright scrubbing machines, mops, and other necessary equipment, tools, products, and supplies to complete daily assignments as needed
- Performs general operational maintenance on equipment i

- , checks, electrical cords, water levels in batteries, etc
- Ensures all equipment is clean, safe, and is in good working condition
- Follows all sign in/out procedures
- Identifies maintenance needs, other than routine
- Correctly reports and tags all broken equipment
- Performs cleaning other than would normally be considered routine, i

- , flood or disaster clean up, terminal cleaning, construction cleaning, etc
- Uses chemicals and cleaning agents safely and follows all MSDS guidelines and precautions
- Follows all safety precautions
- Trains new employees in various methods of floor care, chemical and cleaning agents, and in safety protocols
Minimum Qualifications
No Degree or Diploma (Required)
