    What Your Job Duties Will Entail

    Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal
  • Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time
  • Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Pest Control Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks
  • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections
  • Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly
  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines
  • Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle
  • Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve

  • Qualifications

    What you need:

    High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No Experience Required!
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

    Physical Demands / Working Environment

    The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments
  • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

    Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
