    About The Role:

    This position is located at Melbourne Square Mall



  • As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment


  • You will be responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems


  • Hours/Shift: Sunday to Thursday 7am – 3:30pm

    What You’ll Do:
    * Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs

  • * Perform onsite duties that could include painting, tile repair/replacement, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and snow removal

  • * Respond quickly to the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocols

  • * Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems

  • * Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion

  • * Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently

  • * Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations

  • * Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
  • Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner

  • * Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail

  • * Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance

  • * Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs

  • * Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work

  • * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
