- Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
- Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
- Properly handle order exceptions such as refill to soon, invalid orders, etc
- Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers

Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent - Current Pharmacy Technician license in appropriate state
- 1 – 2 years of pharmacy experience required
- Strong computer skills
- Outstanding telephone communication skills
