- Reporting to the Midland Strata office, this position will be offsite, working on a hospital project in the Austin area
- This person must live in the Austin or San Antonio area and be willing to drive daily to the jobsite***
Strata Innovative Solutions is seeking an Electrical Helper/Apprentice with experience working on commercial projects -
Essential Duties Include The Following
Always comply with company safety policies - Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures
- Attend IEC instruction and maintain passing grades to enhance your skills
- Study and stay updated with current NEC code knowledge
- Perform other assigned duties with a proactive attitude
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED - Possess the necessary personal tools for the job
- (1 st year apprentices supplied with hand tools and protective equipment if necessary)
- Maintain schooling requirements to further your career
- Be a mechanically inclined self-starter who is eager to learn and grow ~
