Job Detail
- Consistent Daily Reports and Communication to Management
- Cabling rough in, prewire, wall jack and rack side terminations
- Terminate all types of cable including but not limited to:
- XLR
- Crimp or solder control
- RJ45
- BNC
- All CAT
- Rack fabrication including cable dressing and component racking
- Understanding of signal flows and types
- Multiple manufacturer wall mount experience
- Peerless
- Chief
- Legrand
- Ability to read pull schedules and CAD drawings
- Ability to operate all hand and power tools
- Ability to operate power/hydraulic lifts
- Mechanical skills for expert video wall installations
- Projectors & Projection screens
- Standard LED/LCD displays
- Finish installation work including-
- Conference table dressing
- Speaker mounting in drop ceilings
- Fabric mounts
- Sound masking
- Microphones
- Video cameras
Standard Daily Physical Requirements:
Climb ladders - Lifting up to 40lbs
- Over head work holding power tools
- Standing on lifts w/harness – heights in excess of 20′
- Repeatedly bend, stretch, reach out or twist
- Standing up to 8 hours per day
Standard Certifications
Site Safety Training – SST NYC DOB card – OSHA 40
Limited technical certifications in this role, no requirements
Field experience is mid-level to veteran
