Job Detail
  • Safely operate the Clinical Research Vehicle (CRV) and other fleet vehicles in compliance with Florida traffic laws
  • Drive the CRV to and from assigned clinic or event locations
  • Park and set up the CRV at designated sites
  • Assist with on-site logistics for clinics and promotional events
  • Represent UF CTSI with professionalism and courtesy at all times
  • Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations
  • Coordinate with CTSI staff to ensure timely and complete event coverage


  • Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection

    Conduct routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Ensure the CRV or other fleet vehicles are fueled and event-ready
  • Report any maintenance or mechanical concerns promptly
  • Secure the vehicle upon return to its designated storage location


  • Expected Salary:

    $20
  • 00-$25
  • 00 per hour

    Minimum Requirements:

    Valid Florida commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record


  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed


  • Ability to lift and move equipment for event setup


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Successful candidates must possess a Class B license


  • Must be able to work morning shifts
